Behavior, Energy & Climate Change Conference (BECC)

Sense is proud to sponosor the Behavior, Energy & Climate Change (BECC) conference, the premier conference focused on understanding human behavior and decision making and using that knowledge to accelerate the transition to a low-carbon future. Since 2007, BECC has fostered understanding of individual and organizational behavior and decision making related to energy usage, greenhouse gas emissions, climate change, and sustainability.

Sense Senior Solution Manager, Lea Lupkin, will also join the line-up sessions planned for 2023. Mark your calendar for Tuesday, November 14th at 1:30 pm for "Measured Savings: Why it Matters for Behavior-Based Approaches." The session will look at how the need for accurate and standardized meter-based methods has grrown, along with the market for scalable and integrated demand-side programs. She'll be joined by Sabine Rogers, Director of the Flex Coalition, Carme Best, Chief Policy Officer at Recurve, Anna Kelly, MPP at Power TakeOff and Savanah Bertrand, Project Manager at Sealed.  The panelists will share insights and best practices based on real-world deployment of measured savings approaches. They will discuss the role of policy, technology, utilities, and markets in driving these approaches forward to achieve a decarbonized, equitable grid.
